　　任志强是国内地产界遐迩闻名的“大炮”，经常发表一些与中央房地产调控政策相悖、与老百姓期望相冲突的言论；具有讽刺意味的是，国内的房地产现状屡屡被任志强所言中。

　　迄今为止现场秩序井然，既未出现读者争先恐后的轰动的景象，也未出现某些网友声称要以鸡蛋对其进行“炮击”的场面。

　　据观察，购书的读者以年轻人居多。
